Halo 2 for Life!

graphically
360 is better (but only minorly) - draw backs include lag from emulator (slower game), also it has a shadow effect that can occur (very annoying). Not really worth it to have slightly better graphics.

Xbox = poorest graphics but no emulator, very fast transitions, no lag in campaign.

PC = slightly better graphics then both 360 and xbox, draw backs are it looks cartoony, also the game is very different (gameplay is slower as it is ported), also everything just doesn't look right to me (it looks more like h3 or reach). Also for the pc version they altered the game and removed things that were very important to the console version i.e. super bouncing and so it limited the ability of the user to have fun to me.

Summary: get xbox version - no lag - no shadows - no cartoony graphics - nothing taken out - just how it was intended.

If you do get xbox version you'll find that there is online play on kai although I'm having trouble with it at the moment.

Whilst i respectfully agree with most of what you have said, the part about the PC having slower gameplay made no sense to me. The PC version can run at 60fps so it's smoother and feels better than the Xbox and the 360. The Graphics are upgraded as you said, and i agree with how they feel...though i place them somewhere between Xbox Halo 2 and Halo 3. The main downside is the bugs and the pretty much dead online community for it.

Sometimes, I dream about cheese.

agree.
the online the game feels deserted, ratio for full/non-empty servers : empty servers is like 1 : 20

the graphics may be a bit different but I found it just as enjoyable as it's xbox counterpart. felt nothing like 3 or reach to me
