I've noticed a trend as of late when people go on and impersonate players. And you know what frustrates me? People like Chief Funk going in and playing as honest players, such as =PAT= members (including myself) and teamkilling to make us, the real players look bad! And you know what! Xbox had that type of protection when 2 players join the same jame with the same name, one of the names is altered to animal names like "snake or etc." Why in the world does the PC not have that?

Meh, it doesn't matter too much. People impersonate being a part of my HMC2 clan as well. I take it as a sign of respect, actually. I mean, people don't impersonate those who have no face online, that would be basically a waste of time. Instead, they impersonate those who are popular or notorious online.

You guys think you have it bad . I've been plagued by imposters for months . Not only is it annoying but I think it is extremely creepy . I mean how pathetic to you have to be to imitate someone else to the point of collecting info about that person to confuse others . I'm a loyal HaloPC fan but I'm about to throw in the towel and stop playing . Some people in the game have gone way too far in their actions to ruin the game for me and for many others who play .

But I will end on a positive note by saying that iy is nice to see people actually give a -blam!- and are trying to make an effort to make my gameplay and the rest of us who play Halo worthwhile and to those peoples you have my thanks.

I was surprised when i found out your profile name isnt bound to you, for this very reason. I have yet to see a Heero Yuy or a Heero out there though.

If you change your name out there every now and then perhaps theyll lose track of you?

idk how to fix this problem but the best way to stop someone from annoying you is not to be annoyed and just ignore them. Your reaction is exactly what satisfies them and drives them to do it again.
