look... stop accusing Bungie of federal offenses. They've done nothing wrong. Guardian kills are simply caused by two kills that happen at close enough to the same time, and lag factored in, that the server really doesn't know who pressed the fire button first. So it guesses to the best of its knowledge, and the other guy dies, and a catchy mysterious "guardians" gets the credit. Its nothing. go play some no shields melee only games and youll see it quite a bit. and how exactly is you dying in a video game at all for any reason a "denial of service"? as far as i know, Bungie doesnt serve you. Bungie is a company that creates games, publishes them, and then makes more games.
I would also like to remind you about:
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR “HALO”
Excerpt from Section 2: MULTIPLAYER PLAY
You agree that Multiplayer Play is not supervised or otherwise under the control of Microsoft or its agents. You acknowledge and agree that Microsoft and its agents have no control over or responsibility for your experience while engaged in Multiplayer Play, or any content or other information or data you may create, encounter or receive, including chat, while you are engaged in Multiplayer Play. You acknowledge and agree that Multiplayer Play may not be consistently available or operate error free, and that Multiplayer Play may be discontinued by Microsoft or its agents at any time without notice to you.
this is basically saying that you can't accuse Bungie of anything.
pay special attention to the last sentence. especially the words ERROR FREE. the game has bugs. live with them. if they are bungie's fault, theres nothing you can do.
now shut up and if you dont like halo just go.
