Subject: So I think Bungie has started to cancel Swag Bag orders

I was able to obtain a bag on the 30th and since then my bank account always said (pending) for the $42.75, but now it's magically gone but the money hasn't been returned to my account(probably a delay)

Though my order status still says "Shipping Soon"

So everybody who ordered one and still hasn't gotten it, don't be surprised if it gets cancelled.

Please let me know if this has happened to anyone else yet.

Awful Bungie day for me :(

If a Grunt has a sticky stuck to his head, and no one is around to see or hear it, does it still run in circles screaming,"Get it off, Get it off !"?

Bungie won't cancel any Swag Bag orders. I can guarantee by their character that they wouldn't.

I really wish I knew my online username info so I could check my credit card.

Actually, I find that I'm more invincible without pants, which is why I am not wearing any at the moment.

If they do I guess I have and excuse to get the SI shirt and the draw bag I guess =\

That's what I though but...my bad luck and all.

I am invisible, understand, simply because people refuse to see me.

If it still says Shipping Soon, I sincerely doubt that your order has been cancelled.

Maybe I'm biased, however, because mine still says shipping soon and I don't want mine to be cancelled either. :P

Alternate account is JKA

I sent them an email asking them if they are going to be able to fulfill all of the orders, I'll post their response when they get back to me.

Thanks, but I fear that I may already know the answer. I hope to God I'm wrong though, I spent 5 HOURS getting that bag.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

Stay cool. I ordered mine on the 23rd and just got the shipping notice yesterday. They probably just have a backlog due to a very high number of orders.

That's what I thought at first, but the transaction being removed from my account all of a sudden worries me.

I'm gonna keep calm....for now.

Some merchants will just run a "hold" on the card which will appear as a pending transaction for a while and then disappear--pay-at-the-pump fuel stations are notorious for doing this with debit card users (often to the tune of $75 or $100) to ensure that they have ample funds to pay for the gas that they're about to pump. It's possible that Amazon did something similar, ran a $30 (or whatever) hold to make sure you had the money and could pay for the order when you made the order, and for some reason they haven't run the actual charge yet (or the bank or CC co. hasn't updated it yet).

Lots of possibilities, so I can understand your concern. All you can do is be patient. Sucks, I know!
