Subject: Bungie day was done wrong(constructive criticism )

OMG get the flag!!!!

I love Bungie! and hope 343 takes good care of Halo!

Your funny. There wont be another Bungie day. Today or AKA yesterday was the last day Bungie will have control over Halo. So there won't be a Bungie day unless their new game will have one. and you still didn't answer my question. Why can't you be happy with at least some Bungie employees playing and not a Bunch?

So what your saying, is that Bungie, should have forced all 300+ of their employees to pull non-stop, probably unpaid, 24 hour shifts just so you'd have more of a chance of facing them?

Not to mention that in that case they'd have to get roughly 75x the steaks ...

win

everything/anything can be compared to sand on a beach

why? i am happy. today was great. things could have been absolutely perfect tho.

they made it seem like the whole thing would be a huge extravaganza. the promotion was huge!!! If today was their last day with the franchise that made them as popular, you would figure AT LEAST more than four would have been on at a time. If yesterday was their last day, and they had one last time to inter act with all those fans, why limit yourselves?.( and don't say because of the steaks).

also it's called quoting buddy.

Whoo.

They were advertising Bungie day as a whole, and they have done a -blam!- load of things, the only difference between this Bungie day and the others is that everything was spread out over multiple weeks instead of one day.

And to be honest, that is so many unfathomable magnitudes for the better, could you imagine if all the "Aerospace was a dissapointment", "Bungie Day was a disappointment", "OMG Why does everyone get my star?!?!", etc, etc, etc all were posted on the same day?

This forum would not only been unreadable but been a lawless town.
Much like the Reach forum seems to be in the recent weeks.

I won the Star. With this on Week 18.

If Bungie had more teams, they would most likely have to give far more steak then they could actually afford...

But they sorta didn't, you could call this years Bungie day all it was cracked up to be if you consider it a Bungie week instead of a Bungie day.

(Or more accurately in this case due to the amount of time waiting for the vidoc the Bungie month)

it was over-hyped. just the thought of it being the last day of bungie owning halo, you would imagine more than 4 employees on at once.

Did you miss out on all the other tonnes of crap they were dishing out?

And anyway instead of just adding in more players they added a prize, I don't think there just being one team would have been that big a deal if they weren't giving out steaks to begin with.

Plus it might not have been that oppertune for the company or their employees to have more then one team, hell for all we know just having one team might be getting in the way of buisness.

What are we supposed to be discussing here?

"Nothing in the 'Verse can stop me."

A total of 68 employees will play during the 24 hours and over 520 Reach players will meet up with them. That's actually a fair amount considering how small Bungie is compared to other places.

I also don't think that have a lot of time/resources to set up a lot of teams in the playlist. Not that many steaks either.

It is only 4 gamertags... the teams swap and use the same gamertags...

Dude... Look at how much they have lost... and at least half is Steaktaculars...

Now, the world is almost at 80 wins, 40 is probably Steaktaculars... 40 x 4 is 160 steaks...

160... WAIT! On Twitter they decided to boost the bet to 2 steaks per person... meaning it is now 320 steaks.

320 steaks at what ever is the average price for one, $40? $50?

Lets say $50...

That is $16,000...

Also, now remember that most of the money relating all the Ebay auctions, the 20th Anniversary Stuff, etc is GOING TO BUNGIE FOUNDATION.

They are barely earning any money out of this event. They ARE giving stuff away, in the sense they are making nothing from this.

there wasn't 40 steaktaculars!! thats the thing. more employees would have little effect on the steak.

Well ... not exactly.

More employees = more players = more teams = more games = more losses = more steaktaculars for the world = more steaks for the world.

It would have been nice for there to have been more teams, but we can hardly expect that from Bungie, I mean they don't have to face us at all little own give us steaks if we win by 20+ points.

It's hardly polite to say "MOAR!".
