I <3 you too Bungie

I dunno about the rest of you guys, but I'm really curious how much we raised for Charity as of the close of Bungie Day. I know the number will continue to creep up as the last of the shirts/prints are sold, but probably a good 95% of it is in.

Tell us! :D

Anybody consider that it's going so slowly because we are all trying to access it and it's not even supposed to be public yet?

Also, if that is the case, it means it's also slowing down for the employee...he's probably going to just get up and go to Outback for a nice Bloomin Onion and we're gonna all be left sitting here wondering what the heck just happened to our mystery man

Let's see, swag bags were $42 for U.S. residents and I know not all U.S. residents bought all the swag bags so let's just say they did. 777 x 42 = 32,634. So they raised $32, 634(probably way more then that for the swag bags) plus everything else in the Bungie store and ebay.

Probably shouldn't count the shipping costs. Also, proceeds went to charity--meaning they did deduct the amount for some things I'm sure (such as the actual bags).

Theres still 20th anniversary stuff in the store, including a 100 Master Chief concept art print, 250 exactly. Even MOAR chances to raise even MOAR money for charity.

7hanks Bungie, you guys are 7he bes7.

Balancing speed with visual fidelity.

I'd say they would have made at least $250,000, which is all going to be spent on iPads...

Pffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft.

That's selling it a little short.. the iPads are going to seriously ill children. It's not like the "charity" is ipads for Bungie employees' kids. :D

Just what every seriously ill child needs.

...hmm. I dunno. Did they ever announce the total raised for the Japan effort? That was forever ago.

Per Audacia Ad Astra

I purchased a swag bag (30$) and a Burn Bright Burn Blue T Shirt, both xbl and real life (So 20$ + 80 Microsoft points). I also placed a bid for 700$ on one of the Original Master Chief painting's (But I lost). So I would like to see how much the foundation made and what percentage of the foundation's earnings I contributed to (Very small).
