what kind of card yah got? I have a gigabyte radeon 9200se with 128ddr. If i set the resolution to 1280*.... it will lag more than i like online. 800*600 is tolerable, but for the best performance, I stick with 640*480 and force the card to use 1.1 shaders instead of the 1.4's.

the best is probably the 20-30 fps but im would choose 10-20 due to myine been a high spec and works on 40 fps the best. try out the different ones and then see which 1 suits. Hope this helps :-)
