It's unfortunate that some prints were damaged. It was USPS that damaged it during shipping though. My poster was a little bent and my signiture card was bent a little also. Hopefully this is a lesson learned if they ever decide to sell more things in the future.
But it was more Bungie's fault. They need to mark the packages as "DO NOT BEND. All over, in red.
no they don't, I am pretty sure it is common sense NOT to bend a package. You need to chill, put the poster in a frame and watch as the miniscule bends disappear.
No, they won't disappear. There are little crinkles around the bend. The ink was literally crushed and jammed together in that area. The damage will never come out.
Also, it is Bungie's responsibility pack items better. It's the basic law of any online retailer. You get the item in question to the consumer in perfect condition, or else it's refunds and exchanges. Believe me, marking "DO NOT BEND" all over the package, then also adding insurance makes a huge difference in shipping. Because, in the end the USPS loses money if they damage the item in shipment.
No it doesnt, my motocross boots had practically every label under the sun posted on the box and the only thing holding the box together was stickytape, where as my EVA02 model had NO labeling and the box was mint.
The courier is to blame, not Bungie.
