Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

The entry itself is linked to your account. The effect on your blacklisting (when applicable) is over when the ban duration is complete. The effect on your trust rating (and as a result, title) does expire, (based on calculations that are unknown to the membership/moderators).

You people have just sent my sides into orbit. A bunch of MLG try hards sucking the dick of some supposed pro half the thread hasn't even heard of. Classic.

Actually I ahve already figured it out. It basically follows the d20 modern system.

If I had one wish for Bungie.net, it would be to be able to change my username. Even if it cost me Microsoft Fun-Money, Space Bucks, or Stosh Dollars. That is all.

I spent waaaay to long trying to figure out what the hell "d20 modem" was. Stupid "r"s and "n"s...

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

The Black Chapter!

Each of my trangressions is now a tattoo. I shall carry this shame forever.

Well i got warned like 2 years ago. I would hope any ninja would just see that, realize it was 2 years ago, and just ignore it.

Age of entries is a very real consideration when a member's history is being looked at in regards to a current infraction.

So say someone might be due for a title update **COUGH ME** but they have a moderator warning from a few months ago will my title not update at all? Or will it take longer 'cause I was naughty?

Also does the severity of the offence affect things? (Posting something in the wrong forum)

I don't want to be a member for the rest of my earth life!

It also depends on how active you are on the forums and everyone else member titles. I've been on these forums for almost 3 years now and am still just a member. I've only been active on the forums for about 4 months now. If you're still confused this usually does a good job on answering questions.

Whilst I have been playing bungie games since day dot, I only joined this website on REACH release as from memory it was an early daily challenge to link your gamertag? But since then I have been active in one way or another on a pretty much daily basis!

I hope 1 wrongly placed little post won't stop me progressing!

It will just take longer, the longer the ban the heavier the effect on your rating.

An official warning has even less effect and if the warning was in the form of a PM it will not have an effect.

I got 2 3 day bans in one month, granted it was not my fault, my title went up and since its been almost 3 years I have the exalted prefix.

H3ITWP is now The WorkPLace

I doubt this account title will ever go up. I made this one in 2009 to better reflect my GT. My other account got banned for a post that was over 1 month old. That in turned banned this account as well. When my ban on my original account was over, I posted in a forum and was immediately banned again because the ban on this account was extended 3 hours past the ban on the other account.

This happened again last year when my other account was banned for what really was an inappropriate post. I think this account has been banned 3 or 4 times all for posting while my other account was banned.
