For anyone who has ever read enders game, you know that there are strong similarities between it and the halo universe. I have always wondered if bungie got a few ideas from that book or if it were just coincidence. Either way both stories are amazing, but im curious to know what you guys think.

the story of ringworld does not really have anything to do with the story of halo except for the ring. i would know, as i read the book, not just the wiki article.

Yea, i figured thats what you meant by it. I wasn't implying that it was all the same, ender is more so than ringworld. If anyone knows of any other books that are similar please let me know, im fascinated by these stories of ringworlds and people being snatched up at young ages and tortured until they are capable of killing people.
