Subject: Programming tips anyone?

I've always been interested in programming, and I've started learning Python, but honestly to me stuff like C++ is so confusing and hard to remember all the necessary code. Does anyone have any tips on game programming? Thanks. :)

Relax. I'd rather not piss this thing off.

I would look on youtube or google for some help on programming.

Now then, tell me. What did Miggs say to you? Multiple Miggs in the next cell. He hissed at you. What did he say?

Takes years of practice and devotion. I started to learn when I was 11, self taught over the internet, and I still have trouble with a lot of my C#/Java programs. If your just wanting to make a simple game I suggest a program called Gamemaker. I used it when I was 8/9 for a while. It's published by YoYogames. If you buy the pro version I believe you can make online games and FPS games. It's a pretty easy game engine to learn, but not so powerful.

Edit: I'd highly suggest conforming like the rest of the boring learners and ordering your self a book off Amazon. Preferably one that's meant for beginners. And I really wouldn't suggest jumping rite in to trying to make a game. Work on making your first calculator first...
