Straight Edge Means I'm Better then You!

Okay im new to the forums, So i may not of posted anything correctly, I dont know but bare with me.

I had an idea for a gametype for Halo: Reach or if not Reach then maybe Halo 4 (I know Bungie isn't creating 4)

It's titled "The Last Man Standing" And what it is, is its a lobby of about maybe either 30 or 50 players but only 2 players play at a time like in a arena type map and when one person dies he is eliminated and a person from the other 48 comes out and faces the guy who won(he regains health and what not so it's fair) and it keeps going through all 30 - 50 people until one person remains and he is declared the Last Man Standing. So, it's pretty much an elimination 1 v 1 Slayer kind of.

I know some people would get impatient but it'd be well worth it, maybe the winner gets about 20,000 - 30,000 Credits? But you can only enter like once a week so you can't rank up instantly.

How does that sound?

So, what i'm really asking, Is there a way to contact Bungie about this idea?

"I pledge to punch all switches, to never shoot where I could use grenades, to admit the existence of no level except Total Carnage, to never use caps lock as my "run" key, and to never, ever, leave a single BoB alive."

2B || !2B - Why don't you look Inside the Machine?

As far as I know, they do not solicit or take ideas for games from the fans for legal reasons. I'd be willing to bet that they definitely take inspiration from the community and its feedback to make their games better.

cars, girls & cake all day everyday

You'd have to contact 343i about the idea, as Bungie will lose title support for Reach most likely before the end of the year. They might have a look at your idea, if an employee reading the forums happens to read it, and thinks it's a good idea...it's happened before.

Also, what if the last 2 men both kill each other..?

It'd be like a usual game like in Rumble Pit, two guys have 24 points and they end up killing each other, it becomes a tie.

I just thought that a tie wouldn't work that would ruin the name of it, So it would be like sudden death, another round.

I'd mention this on 343i's Halo Waypoint forumbecause Bungie will be soon handing over control of Reach and it isn't likely that they will add anything that would drastically change matchmaking. If you want, you could post this in the Reach forum on this website, but it will probably fall of deaf ears.

Even then, I'd keep your expectations low because many fans have lots of ideas and while a game studio might look at it, it's not extremely likely that they'll directly use every idea given to them.

Also, I doubt such an idea could be implemented in Reach since matchmaking lobbies only hold 16 maximum, not 30-50 players. Interesting idea though.
