Subject: Should Bungie.net still have a Comm Chatter?

Comm chatter is still up on the mobile version... although, as Im sure you can guess.. hasn't been updated in a while.

Still nice to see it.

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

The Black Chapter!

I reckon we need a live webcam from Urk's desk. Then he can talk directly to us.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Well, Urk can't do it.

So we have 2 options, we can be responsible for our own all inclusive comm chatter or we don't have any form of comm chatter for months, or longer. -_-

I like option 1. :D

Or lets find every picture we see on 4chan, every news article from today, every single post made on b.net from today, in every forum in every group, let's also write a paragraph about every kill made in Reach today and why that kill was totally justified, and let's also include stalk and create blogs about every person on the internet and their mother, and what they ate today. Is that inclusive enough?

inclusive =/= everything is relevant.

This is the Bungie.net forums, not 4 chan.

I just meant if people would follow what is posted on the comm chatter, we could have a community rum comm chatter.

We don't need a comm chatter.

There, I said it.
(and I don't particularly want a comm chatter. I never paid attention to it and the front page looks a lot cleaner without it.)

Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

I feel like it was little more than Bungie-approved self-promotion and so I never looked at it. So, no.

I guess i should edit the title. I'm not saying we need content, i'm saying we need updates from the guys behind the scenes when things go down, like yesterday when Bnet went read only

All counter-arguments to evolution are based on a gross misunderstanding of the theory.

The removal of the Comm Chatter really threw me off. I'd like to see it make a come back.

I am a Floodian

I don't think that it's a necessary addition, but I think it would be a pretty cool thing to see.

Oh hey there

It's a metaphor for the 07s' lack of identity. too old to be newfag, yet too new to be oldfag, we wander b.net in search of a home, forever trying to be something we are not.

I always thought the comm chatter was a great way to communicate with everyone at once and provide interesting little tidbits about their games. The front page seems pretty... dead without it.
