Well as someone stated earlier, Halo PC is a bad just a bad port from the xbox, it runs much better on an xbox with a 733 MHz processor, 128 MB of RAM, and 64MB graphics card.

no, but his results are horrible for that setup. Having dual 6800 GT's, 2 gigs of ram, and an athlon x2(or pentium d, i didnt see which one), should get like 100 fps...

btw for those of you that dont know, more ram doesnt necessariliy mean it will run faster. My systems optimal amount of ram is 1 gig. I bought 2 gigs of pc 3200 (1 x 1 gig stick, and 2 x 512mb.) My scores in 3dmark didnt change at all, so I took out a 512mb stick and it went up. I took another out and it went up even more. Then i tried it with just 512mbs but it went down......So after about 6 benchmarks i figured that my pc runs best with 1 gig...no more, no less. strange, i know

Yeah I was looking around some forums and found out that there is a universal binary version of Halo for the Macintosh coming out, so I'll post some benchmarks once that happens!

Heyyo,

First off, Davis... sweet jeebus man, that system is hella pwnage dude! You must be really crankin' in the cashflow. :)

2nd, Scopean_kill1, a little knowlege on SLI videocards. In order to benefit from the 2nd vidcard in SLI mode, the game has to be SLI-optimized. Sadly, Halo1PC ain't out of the box. BUT, Nvidia did release instructions on how customers can create their own sli-optimized profiles for games. So you're in luck, follow these instructions, should get it going. ;)
