Subject: Lets put the Community, back in the Community Forum

Hello! I'm Bunie.net's resident medical student (hell i'm sure there are more but I'm the only one who openly declares it!) I love my emblem, and I am periodically active.
I have a Twitter

If your a regular here you will notice that this forum is far from its description as a "Gathering place for the Bungie community". The majority of the threads here are devoted to discussion of the website, bans, rules and other things which i do not count as being part of the "community".

We need to change this so that this forum is in fact a gathering place for the community, to discuss updates, Bungie lore and about the company its self.

Therefore i propose that we create a different forum for the website related threads, the "Tech Forum" (not a name - more of a description). It will place a greater emphasis on the Bungie FAQ, where most of the questions are housed. ( this admittedly is a weak link, if there just going to say 'Check the FAQ' in each new thread, why make a new forum?)

This would leave the Community forum, which i believe should incorporate the News forum and the Voting booth. This increase discussion, and these matters are really for community issues.

Its a bit flimsy, but i think it could work.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

This is the 'tech forum'...?

I like how the News has it's own forum. At this point and time the Voting Booth should be given to me.

Or we could just start creating more threads that aren't about bans and the site itself?

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

This forum is more of a 'tech forum' than a community forum. How often do you actually see community-related threads? Which is where you make a good point.

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

I like how the News and Voting have their own foru- Damn it Top Gun!

Anyways, we need a tech forum. I see some threads involving something technical being pushed down from the pages by other topics.

  • gamertag: [none]
  • user homepage:

Alternatively, switch the underground back to what it was, switch this back to what it was/change its description to precisely describe what it still is, and stop pretending the flood isn't the actual community forum.

Much easier.
