Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Achronos said a few months ago that the auto-deletion of new accounts was 'turned off' due to reasons we don't need to know about. Even if there's a name you want that's from an unpermabanned user, you'dd still have to wait like 6-12 months before the name even becomes available.

Yes, there're too many numbers in my name.

I don't know about you, but I've never had any interference from other people's inactive accounts. Of course, it should be fair to at least have a warning sent out to the email connected to the account stating that the account is about to be deleted.

I would support the old system where an account that's inactive for one year would be deleted, so long as there's some sort of message sent to the account holder.

Does it matter? If you are desperate for a username on a forum that means nothing, you need help.

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

If the account is inactive, then you never see it, so why is it such a big deal?

No, I hated account deletion. My original account was deleted because of that. Sure it was hardly used, but it would have been nice to have it. Besides, very few users make new accounts just for a different user name. Most people only make new accounts if they change their gamertag or are permanently banned.

I run Skirmish!!!

if they have account deletion they should send an email out notifying the person but how many people on here really care about changing the name of there account after posting alot and contributing with one main account?
