The beta is super awesome. RogueAssassin27 is now the person who got my Totodile's nickname. Hoo-hah! Relevant.inb4lock

Doesn't the questions where they ask you how many times you play so and what a bit inaccurate? I suggest that they change it into approximate time playing it. I'm saying this because at the moment I can't even play games, so I had to put Never for everything.

Is there something I can do so I don't exactly sound misleadingly inexperienced? Plus, I would like to be able to impress Bungie with my 200+ hour play time with Pokemon, thank you very much.

Also, if you've beta tested for a game, does that count as working in the game industry?

Hello! I'm Bunie.net's resident medical student (hell i'm sure there are more but I'm the only one who openly declares it!) I love my emblem, and I am periodically active.
I have a Twitter

You play shooters alot don't you? Just because your playing now doesn't mean you've never played a shooter. For example, i'm not playing Oblivion at the moment, that doesn't mean i've never played it.

That's why the questions should be based on estimated playing time.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

I always assumed that is what they meant to begin with.

No. But it does give you experience in the game industry. Depending on the business, that can be just as valuable.

No, instead it says "how often" and "on average a week".

People tend to suck at estimating the amount of time they spend playing games, no matter how it's phrased. Just put your best guess, there aren't any disqualifying answers.

Beta testing does not count as working in the industry.

Whatever you say Peaches. I have worked for Bungie since 2001. Come to think of it...I should have been eligible for a raise by now.

I wonder what the holdup is...

Edit: And by worked, obviously I mean I have played video games. This was not an "employee impersonation". Ha.

There are less than 2000 pandas alive in the wild. Donate to the San Diego Zoo to keep their pandas provided with food and what they need to survive at http://www.sandiegozoo.org/adopt/index.html

I have a question about this. What do you mean by beta testing? Beta testing as in playing a beta from home obviously doesn't count as working in the industry, but does QA testing?

Had 300 hours on my Emerald, 400 on my Silver. I win.
And I'm pretty sure that it's completely unbiased, as in just entering your answers give you the same chance as everyone else, no matter what they are.

Working in the industry is anything where you received a paycheck.

I'll pay you $20 to play it, and you will pay me £5000 to play it. Deal?
