Why fix what isn't broken?

I'm pretty sure this is just a suggestion. It's not like he's complaining about the icons we have right now, but the sticky grenade would be a great addition (in my opinion) and I think the idea should be given some thought. We don't really need a search feature but people complain about that all the time.
I whole heartedly agree. Its not neccesry, but it would be kind of cool to have. Just a little extra something for the forum.

i think this should go in the septagon. it has to do with the community(forums) but i do not see how this relates to halo 2 multiplayer...

besides, achronos checks the septagon the most, i believe.

Thank you. Can we call you "Pseudo-Mod" from now on?

This topic obviously belongs here in Zanzibar since the focus of this topic is the sticky medal being used as the symbol for a thread that has been pinned on the forum. Since the sticky medal comes from mulTiplayeR, it would be absurd for that symbol to be used in any other forum besides the forum setup up expressly for mulTiplayeR discussion.

Well isn't that a slap in the face. It got moved to the Septagon after all.

And I think this is a good idea, although I don't see the fault with the icon now.

"I pledge to punch all switches, to never shoot where I could use grenades, to admit the existence of no level except Total Carnage, to never use caps lock as my "run" key, and to never, ever, leave a single BoB alive."

2B || !2B - Why don't you look Inside the Machine?

It would be neat-o

-Quaere verum.

Got a report? Use the report tool or send a pm.
Chairleg Productions presents: 'Console Wars' and 'Games as Art?' (also on Halo Waypoint).

Well you have a point, and it would make sense; but I'm hapy with the icon we have now. It fits in with the rest of the icons and well with the whole "website/webmaster" atmosphere. So really i don't see any need to change it whatsoever.

I'm not that active, but never dead.

How this post should have been made:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you think that the sticky symbol used here, in Zanzibar, should be changed to the symbol for a sticky grenade? Considering that it is a medal that you can be awarded in Halo 2 Multiplayer, and Zanzibar is a forum dedicated to Halo 2 Multiplayer, it would be an ode to what makes this forum special.
So. What do you think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That is much more clearing and more understandable than:

it would only make sense right?

Righto'. Though it was not origonally here, the post itself was made in the forum "Zanzibar."

On the same sub-topic, I have a few comments about the webmaster icons myself.

--Ever since the update, pinned and locked threads show up with the exclamation point. Either way is fine, but I personally liked the locked sign on those specific threads the best; it let you know it was locked, and it said "Sticky," a notification of an important thread.

--The flaming webmaster is a nice update. It lets members know which threads are active, even though we could just look at the posts, members seem to get used to the process of just looking at the webmaster icon.

I think it's a good idea. A little Halo here and there can't hurt. ;)
