I personally think this is a no brainer. I would say yes for sure. I think playing Co-Op with your buds' is one of the funnest parts of Halo, so if I could do that with some of my online friends, that'd just be awesome.

If it's done the same way as Halo2 or Halo PC the AI wouldn't sync correctly. It would cause problems.

if youre being sarcastic, and imply that it does exist, then you're overlooking the fact that that is splinter cell, and this is halo, which has no code allowing for bot ai to be synchronized from client to client. if halo 2 is the same way, this is simply not possible with the current game engine.

i wuld beliv u mor if u didnt talk liek dis and not disrespekt other ppl.

Heero's right. Offline co-op requires only one set of AI working at any given time. But online co-op requires two sets of AI working in perfect sync with each other. Unless Bungie dramatically overhauls the coding, it's simply not possible given the current H2Xbx engine.

I would love for it to have co-op. Maybe that new fangled OS will make it possible.

Hey, I can dream can't I?

I know exactly what i'm talking about I've tried AI with LAN and you can't see some of them and you can't hit them. Only the host can see and attack them correctly. Thought it would be fun, but it didn't work. I know. Splinter cell and Halo are two very different games, made by two differen't companies, and written differently too.

They would completly need to redo stuff, I don't think there would be online/LAN co-op. Not saying they couldn't if they wanted or won't though. AI dosn't need to be synced from host- client-client
on one machine. You don't sync with your self, networks/online do to keep it the same for all clients.
