Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

The e-mails have shipping and arrival estimates. The Bungie Store should absolutely be expected to fulfill those estimates, or at least offer an explanation when they cannot meet them. Are you not held to your own deadlines?
That this is a "secondary function" is no excuse. If they can't perform this function, they should either outsource it to a capable party or discontinue it. That something is secondary is no excuse for sub-par performance.
Ok, so call and complain. Or write. Didn't I just say that? If there's no answer, there is nothing you can do. To flat out throw the word "fanboyism" at me is nothing but idiocy and a shot directed at me that is completed unrelated to the issue. My sarcasm stems from people lacking patience. If you can't accept that you chose to purchase something from someone whose primary function is to make and sell games, not swag bags or merchandise, that has formed a partnership with a secondary company, well you run the risk of having to wait a little while in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Yeah, and Bungie runs the risk of having some unhappy customers complaining on their forums. I guess we both lost on that deal, huh?
You might not have expected it, but this is what is happening. Complaining won't do anything, it won't ship any faster, Bungie employees will not come here and give you an updated time, and coming up with solutions for future occasions as you have done will not help either. What gave you the impression that I wanted to help? I don't, that's not my role as a customer. I want to complain until I receive the goods that were promised to be delivered to me over two weeks ago.
So shut up, and be patience is all everyone can do. Nothing will make it come any faster, so posting is useless. What are you going to do because you're so unhappy with their service, sue them? Fanboyism on parade right here. "Shut up?" Stay classy, Helveck.
What can I do? Not buy in the future. Very simple.
