Subject: This is just ridiculous.

Dianna Agron is the epitome of perfection.

Quinntology.

The order that I placed July 8th for a shirt, just shipped TODAY. Does anyone know what today is? July 26th. Now I understand if they were a little backed up due to the posters, bags, and such flying out to different places of the world, but it should not take 18 days for them to process my order and get it out of their stockpile, or whatever you want to call it.

Am I the only one who has had to wait this incredible amount of time to get just one shirt?

Oh, and if there is a repeat thread, sorry. I only looked through the first 5 pages.

If you're reading this, congratulations. You've just pressed a button to find out a little bit more about me. Not that you will, but well done anyway.

Took 21 days for my orders to be dispatched. I would expect this, with a realitively small company who is not used to dealing with orders of this volume. I'm not saying its not annoying, but theres nothing else that can be done.

I'm still waiting on delivery by the way, another 12 days later.

Lol.
The order I placed on JUNE 23rd for 2 Swag Bags and a Spartan Armory poster have said they shipped June 30, according to Amazon, but I don't have them yet.

THAT'S ridiculous, not what you're going through. By the time July 8 came around, Bungie store was so overwhelmed with purchases from July 7 and before that anything ordered after that wasn't a priority.

Really?!?! I thought it was! My bad.

I would just like to get it in SOMEWHAT of a timely manner. It's not like I order a half dozen things.

You know, judging by your attitude, I'm glad you don't have your order yet. I hope you have to wait another year.

Why can't you appreciate the fact that you got anything in the first place? several people missed out on Swag. and like I said earlier, you placed your order July 8, there were scores of other people who placed orders before then and Bungie had to get to them first.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I got mine on time.
Does that make me bad?

The charities got their money, and you just have to wait a little bit longer to get a bag full of great memorabilia from a great company that a number of people want. Quit your whining.

  • 07.26.2011 10:34 AM PDT

Dont worry, my bag has not arrived yet but just today I got a confirmation email saying that my bag has been shipped, have a bit of patience.

  • 07.26.2011 10:56 AM PDT

Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

The stuff I ordered on June 23rd has yet to arrive, and I have no idea if it has shipped or not due to conflicting info.

The stuff I ordered on June 30th supposedly shipped yesterday and obviously has yet to arrive.

So, yes, you are not alone.

You should call, and complain. Bungie is a store that should be dedicated to the consumer by working tirelessly to ensure their merchandise is sold at a high volume and is shipped in a timely manner. They're obviously the ones responsible for failing to meet the needs of this priority, and expecting any sort of delay by them claiming this is a secondary sort of function that they have, is, well, just flat out ridiculous.

Waiting weeks for a package, a beautiful shirt that is probably valued by the consumer and cherished, is definitely absurd. It shouldn't be a matter the consumer having patience, it should be Bungie and Amazon being able to function as a store better in unison. This needs to be their priority.

If you ask me, I hope that shirt gets there soon. I know I wouldn't stand for a package to be delivered anymore than two days after order. You purchased it, they owe it to you, and they owe it now. Waiting any longer with any form of patience would be too lenient and lax of you.

Technically he hasn't yet gotten anything.

To expect that a store can fill its orders in a timely manner is not unreasonable, especially when said store is giving its customers shipping and arrival estimates that are clearly not based in reality.

You at least have received parts of your orders. Not all of us have that luxury and are mired in confusion as to whether their orders were shipped or even processed, with no official word on the MASSIVE delay or even a "hey it's taking a while, sorry" which would be very appreciated if nothing else can be said.

You can check your fanboyism at the door.

The e-mails have shipping and arrival estimates. The Bungie Store should absolutely be expected to fulfill those estimates, or at least offer an explanation when they cannot meet them. Are you not held to your own deadlines?

That this is a "secondary function" is no excuse. If they can't perform this function, they should either outsource it to a capable party or discontinue it. That something is secondary is no excuse for sub-par performance.

Ok, so call and complain. Or write. Didn't I just say that? If there's no answer, there is nothing you can do. To flat out throw the word "fanboyism" at me is nothing but idiocy and a shot directed at me that is completed unrelated to the issue. My sarcasm stems from people lacking patience. If you can't accept that you chose to purchase something from someone whose primary function is to make and sell games, not swag bags or merchandise, that has formed a partnership with a secondary company, well you run the risk of having to wait a little while in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

You might not have expected it, but this is what is happening. Complaining won't do anything, it won't ship any faster, Bungie employees will not come here and give you an updated time, and coming up with solutions for future occasions as you have done will not help either.

So shut up, and be patience is all everyone can do. Nothing will make it come any faster, so posting is useless. What are you going to do because you're so unhappy with their service, sue them?

Yeah, and Bungie runs the risk of having some unhappy customers complaining on their forums. I guess we both lost on that deal, huh?

You might not have expected it, but this is what is happening. Complaining won't do anything, it won't ship any faster, Bungie employees will not come here and give you an updated time, and coming up with solutions for future occasions as you have done will not help either. What gave you the impression that I wanted to help? I don't, that's not my role as a customer. I want to complain until I receive the goods that were promised to be delivered to me over two weeks ago.

So shut up, and be patience is all everyone can do. Nothing will make it come any faster, so posting is useless. What are you going to do because you're so unhappy with their service, sue them? Fanboyism on parade right here. "Shut up?" Stay classy, Helveck.

What can I do? Not buy in the future. Very simple.
