So i ordered the two 20th anniversary lithographs back in June. They still have yet to arrive, and the tracking number has said "In Transit" for the past few weeks. I have emailed Bungie three times over the past week and have not had ONE response back. If it was any other company i would have escalated this with Amazon by now. Im just worried i wont be getting the two lithographs, and since they are limited to 100 a piece, i wont have another chance.

I am not writing this post to express my anger. Rather, I am just hoping this catches the eye of a forum mod or other employee who can help out.

Thanks for the years of great games Bungie, but please help me out here.

You're probably going to have to get in touch with Amazon since that's who controls the orders. As for a forum mod seeing this, it won't really help much.

How? Are they the ones driving/flying your package from Washington to wherever you live? Call the service of delivery and ask where it is.

DDOS'd Amazon's servers F5ing for Swag Bags...yeah I was there. :)

7-7-11 was another awesome Bungie Day! Thanks Bungie for making halo so amazing over the last 10 years. Can't wait to see what your Destiny will be next. ;)

Yeah, I'm still waiting on my swag bag to arrive. It finally shipped out on July 15th with a 3-5 business day delivery range. But it has yet to arrive 7 business days later. :(

No tracking info or confirmation email with any info. I didn't get anything for the shirt I ordered either, but it at least showed up on schedule though.

Here's hoping it arrives soon. If not I will just have to contact someone to get tracking and then contact USPS for delivery info.

Even if i contacted the postal service, all i could do is give them the tracking number. And, unless they magically can see more tracking info than i can, theyll just tell me its "int transit."

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 30, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item."

Thats the only info the tracking number gives.

I just think its super -blam!-*y on Bungies part not at least responding to a long, long time fan. If its lost, or delayed, fine, just tell me. Ignoring a customer is extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, i had to file a claim with amazon today. Sure ill be joyed to see my $148 back. But now i end up with nothing from the 20th anniversary, and i already bought frames for the lithos. Sad face :[

Assuming he's in the same boat as me--not unreasonable b/c I get the same message from USPS with my tracking number--then his goods were promised to arrive to him by July 15, 2011. They didn't arrive, so he tried to contact the seller, and that didn't work. What other recourse does he have?

A) I never mentioned wanting specialty treatment, just the items i purchased to be delivered.
B) I HAVE to file a claim if i want to see my money returned. The items were supposed to arrive July 15th. Yeah.

What would you do? Sit around for months hoping everyday that your fleshlight is finally going to arrive? Or contact the seller and find out what went wrong?

I would have at least waited till the end of the month to file. I wouldn't have contacted the seller, but rather the person in charge of shipping it.
The USPS (U.S. Postal Service) tracking number that we're provided returns a status that says basically "we've been told to expect this package but don't have it yet," so contacting the postal service wouldn't do so well, because they're just going to tell you the same thing again.

Bungie just emailed me back. I guess they were having software problems on the site back when everyone was using it during the 20th anniversary. My order was labeled as shipped when it never actually got sent out, so they are shipping it to me ASAP. Maybe the same thing happened with your order.
