If not, then what store or site can I get a computer controller?

It'll work, but you'll get your ass kicked by everyone else who is using mice and keyboards.

What Johnny said. Mouse is superior 90% of all cases. The only thing a controller has better is its linear movement.

Oh yeah dude! I happen to have an Xbox 360 Wired Controller and it is pretty awesome. Of course the mouse and keyboard is vastly superior for Halo PC, this awesome controller leaves little to be desired.

The mouse and keyboard is superior to the controller, and even though I am a hardcore PC gamer don't think that this is just a biased opinion. Because you know it is true. XD

If you set the controls right, it works just like as if you're playing Halo on an Xbox 360, except of course there is no auto-aim feature for controllers so it is a bit harder to aim without the mouse. Mice and keyboards are much better of course, I can't stress that enough, but the Xbox 360 controller is the closest- and finest- experience you can get to an Xbox controller on your PC. Too bad you can't use the wireless version on PC though.

It works for using head sets too. So either way it could help.

LOL. Dude it doesn't matter if it says "Made for Windows XP and Xbox 360". Just as long it is the WIRED controller and you have the internet, you're all set to go. You can get the driver download online.

And I'm not so sure you can use a headset to plug into the controller while using it with your PC.

It detected my headset. And Like he ^^ said, I have used a controller I got with my 360. You made your self look dumb.

What?!?! I went to a local game shop, they said a regular Xbox 360 controller wouldn't work with all but the very latest PC games! *Grumble*

Ironic how the people who sell videogames for a living seem to know the least about them.

Dude, you said I made myself look dumb, but was I trying to sound smart in the first place? I said I "wasn't so sure" that you could plug your headset through the controller and use it for computer gaming. Did I say "ZOMFG YOU SURE CANNOT USE HEADSETS ON THE 360 CONTROLLER." No I did not.

I was just stating that I don't think you can plug an Xbox 360 voice communicator through an Xbox 360 controller for gaming on PC, because although the controller is compatible for Windows XP and the 360, I didn't think the voice communicator is, or I haven't gotten any information that it could be connected through the controller for use on XP.

So even if you are right and my guess was wrong, it was a well-educated, comprehendible guess, am I right?

I hope I have made myself abundantly clear. Now does that still make me look dumb? Are my words too big for you? Don't you dare try to contradict me.

But if what you say is true and there is a voice communicator that can plug into the 360 controller that you can use for your computer, I'm sure going to get it!
