Halo 2 is the bomb! I think it is the best Halo there is. I own Halo 2 limited edition, Halo 2 multiplayer map pack and Halo 2 vista. Oh and to those H2V haters out there H2V kicks butt!

Halo 2 forever!!!

Couple questions. TO start I have a slim Xbox with built in wi-fi.
1. If i download XB connect, how does the console "know" how to connect to those servers and not connect to XBL?
2. Will the H2 games I play show up on the B.net?
3.Will i be able to talk to my XB friends?

Sorry if any of these questions have obvious answers but i just learned about XB connect and really want to play H2 multiplayer.

Damn, xbox connect... havent heard that in a while. I used to use that before I got live way back in the day. Let me try to asnwer these:

1. You arent connected to live; the xbox connect program uses the system link feature. I used to have an ethernet cable running from my laptop to my xbox to use the program. I dont believe you can use wi-fi for xb connect, but then again I'm not 100% sure on that.

2.They most definitely will NOT show up on B.net since you arent connected to live

3. Again, not connected to live, and since its an original xbox game anyway, it wouldnt matter cause you cant use the guide in original xbox games.

I hope this helps, and now I'm inspired to start playing xb connect again.

Relax. I'd rather not piss this thing off.

You wont be playing from the regular xbox servers that for sure the Halo 2 servers on the computer still work so you would be running on those.
