not asking for a job (yet) im 16 and i just want to know if you have any advance other than the obvious get a degree in programming
Well, I might not be able to help you out with the specifics, but I can sure point you in the right direction =). None of my personal copy-pasta below is meant to be used as a tutorial or a guide, but as a guide pointing towards the path to walk. It's up to you to take the initiative and learn through various internet guides and programming books. I hope what information you gather from my copy-pasta helps you.

To be honest, and this is straight from the horses mouth, it doesn't really matter what degree or what school you came from. Your portfolio is the best thing you can show to get a job at Bungie, if it's impressive, then you are considered to be put on the team.
