First time poster, long time reader.

My question is will the fans get to pick up the controller, or will only the elite game developers get to play Halo 2. Bungie has told the masses that the reason that havnt recieved a Halo 2 demo is that they dont want to ruin our Halo experience, that they want to leave the gameplay suprises intact. Well, now that the world has seen it played, and e3 attendees will be able to play, and most likely we'll get to see that, will the everyday halo fans, to whom this game will bring the most joy, get to pick up the controller. I trust in bungie, and we have recieved alot of lovin' , but my hands are shaking and my thoughts are stolen, and while this is good, I cant fathom staying in this state for six months. Please put my mind at ease Bungie, and please give us what we need. Pretty please?

PS. Dont bother flaming or jumping me due to my post that seems to jump the gun. As we all know, bungie is having a press conference and floor time tommorow, and most likely this question will be answered, but if this question isnt asked, then how can they answer it. So save your flames for someone who cares. All I want is to be satiated with a demo that will tide me over until November.

Yes, everyone at E3 will get to play Halo 2 Multiplayer. I can only hope that Bungie will please their fans with a demo.

yeah, even in the gameplay demo joe staten said that they would be playing that level at the show, so yes the zanzibar level will be playable. Seeing how weve seen some of the new features and its going to be open for playing during the show, i see no reason to not give us that little bit as a playable demo. im not sure how they would distribute it but im sure bungie will think of something. i know personally i would be MORE than happy just to have that one level and just one game type, just to get a feel for it. man, the implications are ENORMOUS

Maybe we should start some kind of petition if we hear no news of a demo during e3, just to show them that it is a viable option. To be honest, I would pay the price of a full game to play just that one level.
