Bungie,
Get you stick together!! I found out that you banned my ID today because of quitting??!?!?! Are you serious?! Right now, my son has his xbox at his grandmothers and she is having some tremendous network issues. In fact, she had to go buy a new wireless router yesterday thinking that this might solve some problems. Obviously, it didn't fix the problem but there is no reason you should have banned the ID. So, because my son is having network issues over the course of the three days he has been there, you decide to ban him. Your logic is screwed up.
You say that it is accurate and the logic behind the query is absolute...well, I'm here to tell you that it is wrong! It needs to be revisited. Go through the history and show me the where the ID starts quitting. You won't find it. In fact, I challenge you to show me frequent and absolute quitting of Halo Reach games for the past 6 months. Then compare it to the past three days and you'll find some serious problems with the network. This isn't fair. You don't even give a warning to say "hey, we have noticed some frequent quitting." If you did, I would have called XBOX and asked them to help fix the network connection. Heck, I would have tried to call you too but there is no way to speak to a live person at Bungie.
So, I am asking you to email me the logs that show the problems. Look at some of his friends that played with him as well during those games.
You are wrong in this instance. Very wrong. I ask that you remove the ban because of the network issues or call his Grandmother and explain to her how to fix her router. Will you do either?
Whatever you do, it will show a lot of class in your company if you DO THE RIGHT THING~!
Thanks
