I am a Bungie fan. I love Halo and have invested a lot of time into it, but this ViDoc has set my loyalties straight.

This is probably the best put response. A lot of people might not have liked Reach as much as Bungie enjoys it (I love Reach for the record). However, I feel this Vidoc has put perspective back into peoples eyes and definitely put a lot of faith back into people.

When they claimed that Reach was their best game in the ViDoc, and also during the run up to Reach's launch, I think I can say they are justified to make that claim. Reach uses so much more tech and detail than any other Halo game that came out before. Just compare the level of detail of the character faces to Halo 3: ODST and Halo 3 - the difference is huge. Add in some new enemies, Firefight, new weapons, a beautiful (albeit cliched) campaign, and some interesting multiplayer, and yes, I would say Reach is the best Halo to date as well.

However, due to a number of little changes that I dislike, Reach has somewhat been wasted on me. It's still a superb game, but I just don't enjoy the multiplayer as much.

When I first joined this community back in 2008, I realized that I loved Bungie more than I did Halo. As I finished the last mission in Halo: CE, according to my brother who told me the masterminds behind Halo, I screamed "I LOVE YOU BUNGIE!"
