Bungie, you have literally been apart of more than half of my life.
When I was 6 years old, I saw my uncle play this game. "Halo Combat Evolved". I was too young to play or even understand the story, but I appreciated how amazing it looked. Whenever my uncle went to the bathroom, I grabbed the controller. I figured out how to throw these blue shiny things, which later I learned to be grenades.
I was about 8 when Halo 2 came around. I got it for myself, and I beat it by myself. I loved it, it is still my favorite campaign to date. I did not have Xbox live however.
When I heard of Halo 3, I was in 4th grade. To anticipate the release, I went back and played Halo 1. Since I never actually beat the game. I loved it.
Halo 3 came out when I was in 5th grade, and I got it on release date. I played that game hours and hours a day. I was a brigadier in multiplayer, which I am still proud of. It was my first game on Xbox Live.
A few years later, I heard the news Halo: Reach was coming out. To get excited, my friend and I played through ALL of the Halo's during the summer. From start to finish. I beat halo Reach within a week of release on Heroic. Then I beat it Legendary Solo. I am also a "mythic" in multiplayer.
I am turning 15 years old in 4 days, and do you know what that means? Bungie, you have been apart of my life for 9 years. More than half of my life.
And that won't stop now. I will follow you guys and play your next game as religiously as I played halo.
I love you guys, and as cheesy as this sounds, I'd be interested for working there when I am older, or at least a gaming company if you guys aren't around.
Maybe I could get an internship or a tour? Just to see how things work there?
