Subject: Did you cry durning the ViDoc?

And on the seven7h day......

I never quite cried, but I had tears forming. Damn Marty with that music of his.

No, didn't even come close.

I almost did.

Make choices, and don't look back.

I didn't cry, I did feel quite emotional though.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Emotional, yes, crying, no.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

Ew.

Yeah it was emotional seeing how far Bungie has come.

But not once did I even feel the urge to cry.

  • 08.04.2011 3:51 PM PDT

When I saw the hints of their new IP my wee wee cried a bit.

I felt a joy of emotion and it was a great experience to watch how we the Community formed the way Bungie handles things.

Yep....

If you cry because of something like that... then you have problems.

  • 08.04.2011 3:54 PM PDT

Nope, I did't even come close. It was interesting to see the past 20 years of Bungie, though.

I felt really emotional, but i didn't cry. All though i might if Halo 4 is ruined by 343.

  • 08.04.2011 3:55 PM PDT

Well, it was certainly emotional, but not enough to make me cry.

  • 08.04.2011 3:57 PM PDT

I found it more inspiring than sad. Such an amazing transformation form guys in a basement to an industry leading developer.

BUNGiE will always by my favorite gaming developer

rock on and continue with epic-ness

i almost came close but it left me

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

No, but I did enjoy every minute of it and I will be watching it again. I grew up with Halo and Bungie is older than I am (not by much).

Here's to another great 20 years!

Happily married to Fatal_Coin_Vest since July 1st, 2009.

Thank you, Captain K Mart.

Not crying at all, lol, but it was really powerful for me, and this video (and yes, the music, damn you Marty I just want to shake your musical God-damn hand) just brought it all back. Nothing has ever been a part of my life like Halo has. It's such a story and universe that I can't compare to anything else.

You should have seen it when the Halo 3 announcement came on. I "cried" all over the place.
