Is "bad" an option?
Cream, I know you were disappointed with Reach. As was I. But, give them a little respect. Without Bungie, Halo wouldn't even exist.
We all hate Reach because it wasn't Halo (and AA's). Just think. What if it was not a Halo game and had different characters. It would be great!
Don't -blam!- speak for me. I liked it. I liked the hell out of it. I may have a disconnected view of Halo Reach, because I know the Devs did too. They were acting under the motivation that it was their last game, and when they were done they NEVER had to make that same FPS that Microsoft was forcing them to make again. I was expecting a Halo that was thrown together out of a whole bunch of stuff I knew the devs wanted to do through the series but couldn't. The space fight, the advanced forge, even the ability to fly a pelican if you're savvy. I could care less about Armor Abilities. I had to sit through Dual wielding and Breaking Benjamin. Armor Abilities and retical bloom is HARDLY the worst that's been done to Halo. I played Reach, I got exactly what I expected, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. There are shortcomings, there are brilliant breakthroughs, and there's the end. Goodbye, miss ya.
And on topic, I think it's gonna be other and all of the above if you get me. I think they're going for the genre combo here.
