What's Bungie's relationship with Frank O'Connor (Frankie) now?

Just got done watching the ViDoc and didn't see too much of Frankie; well actually not at all. Is there a little animosity between the two parties or is Frankie just camera shy?

Frankie is now the lead of 343i, which is a very busy business. Also a srz bznz.

No kidding but the ViDoc showed videos from Bungie from over 10 years ago while Frankie was still there. That is what he is getting at, Frankie was not in the video period.

Bungie.Match.com: Our Johnson knows what the ladies like.

You didn't see him because it was a BUNGiE ViDoc. Frankie is the head of 343i.

My favorite group.

He's over after 343i doing great things for the new Halo games.

I left my witty signature at home.

Frankie was the Content Manager for Bungie. He didn't do any of the writing, coding, animating or anything else. He was kind of the continuity guy, making sure that the decisions made did not contradict anything already put into canon.

There are plenty of videos out there of Frankie talking about the Halo series but yet none were used. He was a pretty big part of the game even if he didn't code or animate it.

A lot of the people in the video were only there from Halo 2 on.

I think it speaks volumes about Bungie that they have completely cut off an integral part of their past because he went to work for Microsoft and left Bungie. Pretty childish, if you ask me.

That's kind of what I was getting at. I was always under the impression that Frank and anyone else that left for 343 did so with Bungie's best wishes.

I wonder who the new Content Manager is. They obviously failed their job with Reach's campaign...

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Lets not start this again. There is a thread stickied on the side that deals with all of that stuff.
