So I ordered a couple sweet posters waaaaay back on June 25th (On The Edge, Spartan Armory and The Ancients) since they were cool and it was for charity.
On July 5th I'd been told the item had shipped, oh joy! But since then NOTHING. I've been super busy and i honestly forgot a little but then the some other stuff I'd ordered around Bungie day showed up in the mail so I became curious as to where my stuff was.
On the 21st of July I sent Bungie an email (via Amazon) and received a standard "We'll be in touch in 24-48 hours email".
Then nothing. I ordered a t-shirt and poster since then and it shipped promptly. Meanwhile the shipping numbers I have for two packages containing three posters has always only said "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 05, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item. "
I sent a DIRECT email to bngcs@bugiestore.com on 8/4 and another one through Amazon on 8/5. Both had the standard w'll be in touch soon responses but NO REPLY!
Seriously guys, what do I do? I really want these posters and don't want to have to cancel but it's been more than a month since the items were supposed to ship and nothing! Worse yet I can't even get a "we shall look into that for you".
I'm frustrated and beyond disappointed with this whole experience and just want it resolved (maybe a small sorry for messing up/not helping your customers out) but have no idea where to turn next.
Suggestions? And my apologies if I posted this in the wrong place. Wasn't sure where else to put it...
