So I ordered a couple sweet posters waaaaay back on June 25th (On The Edge, Spartan Armory and The Ancients) since they were cool and it was for charity.

On July 5th I'd been told the item had shipped, oh joy! But since then NOTHING. I've been super busy and i honestly forgot a little but then the some other stuff I'd ordered around Bungie day showed up in the mail so I became curious as to where my stuff was.

On the 21st of July I sent Bungie an email (via Amazon) and received a standard "We'll be in touch in 24-48 hours email".

Then nothing. I ordered a t-shirt and poster since then and it shipped promptly. Meanwhile the shipping numbers I have for two packages containing three posters has always only said "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 05, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item. "

I sent a DIRECT email to bngcs@bugiestore.com on 8/4 and another one through Amazon on 8/5. Both had the standard w'll be in touch soon responses but NO REPLY!

Seriously guys, what do I do? I really want these posters and don't want to have to cancel but it's been more than a month since the items were supposed to ship and nothing! Worse yet I can't even get a "we shall look into that for you".

I'm frustrated and beyond disappointed with this whole experience and just want it resolved (maybe a small sorry for messing up/not helping your customers out) but have no idea where to turn next.


Suggestions? And my apologies if I posted this in the wrong place. Wasn't sure where else to put it...

Yes they may say that as the USPS might not track your sorta package like mine i ordered a few shirts and it said the same depending on where you live they should get there next week sometime.

that seems like a really long time for posters... i would probably be frustrated if I was you as well for not getting a response back

As in you ordered something back then and it took that long for you to get it or are you speaking in general and that my stuff may or may not be on it's way?

All I'm trying to figure out is:
1) Did it actually ship (and if so, where is it)?
2) How can I get in touch with Bungie to actually figure out what's going on?

I don't want a refund, I just want the posters! Every other order I've placed (including the one last week) shipped in time and the tracking worked so I don't know what's going on or how to figure things out.

Like I said, if anyone knows how to actually get in touch with Bungie Store and see if the order is sitting on a shelf or lost en route, I'd appreciate it!

Have you tried clicking on the Contact Us link on any of the Bungie Store pages?

Right, so is there an email address or any Bungie Employee (on their forums) I could get in touch with since it seems like the Bungie Store CS email is never checked...

Seriously, should I tweet someone or what? I'm at wits end about what to do and was hoping someone on here would have a better idea of who I could contact otherwise I'll have no choice but to ask for a refund (which I'd rather avoid).

Yeah, I'm not expecting them anymore. I figure the shipment is sitting in a corner somewhere in the Bungie warehouse and really just want the items to be put in a truck and sent to me but given that I've contacted bngcs@bungiestore.com 3 times in the past few weeks with NO RESPONSE I'm not sure where to turn to next.

Beyond frustrating since the three other orders I've placed there have come without any issue...

My MC concept art still haven't arrived, So i filed a claim on amazon a couple days ago, I'm still mad it hasn't arrived yet.
