Yes Fraps is the way to go. However the unregistered version only lets you record 30sec and there is a www.fraps.com watermark on all the videos. In addition it records in uncompressed avi format so the 30sec are 200 - 300MB files so make sure you have plenty of hard drive space available. The Avi files can be converted to wmv files (much smaller file size) using Windows Movie Maker.

Fraps also takes screenshots and displays framerate in one corner of the screen. Very cool app.

Wait, it only let's you record 30 seconds at a time, and then you can click on it to keep recording? Or it only lets you grab 30 seconds total?

no click it again and it restarts. Nevermind. I got it. Got some cool footage from the TUI game.
