TRU7H. CARNAGE. BUNGIE

Hi

I recently made a super cool Katina out of wood.

I have decided to make it as cool as possible. I used very fine sand paper to make the blade as smooth as possible, I made the part cover the handle out of medal and covered the handle with leather like black tape.

Then I thought that I could burn some cool Japanese symbols in the blade. After a moment of brainstorming I came up with a text that I think will be very cool:

"TRUTH. CARNAGE. BUNGIE. "

then I ran into a problem: How am I going to write Bungie( or any of that text) in Japanese!?

So if anyone knows how to write Bungie in Japanese, I would be very gratefull ;D

Truth - Shinjitsu
Carnage (not exact translation) - Dai Satsu (lots/kill, murder)
Bungie (katakana) - Banji (saying bungie in a japanese accent)

Do you want the reading direction to be left to right, right to left, or up to down (traditional)?
I'll get this written in Japanese once you reply back...

Also: yeah, google translator is kaput

Thank you very much!

I don't know very much about Japanese writing so what do think would look coolest on the sword? My opinion is that the traditional way would be cool.

Once again thank you very much!!

and sorry that it took me so long to reply.

Shinjitsu. Daisatsu. Bungie.

There, all done. It took a while since I only had a sharpie to work with. Hope you like it.

Note (if you didn't know): a wooden katana is called a Bokken (Bok(u) - Wood/Ken (sword).
Also, you might be able to do without the vertical slash at the end; it just lengthens the character that comes before it (ex: ji + slash = jii)
