Ok first off, that is just some horrible grammar. Ever heard of a period? It's not just for girls.
Second of all, never ever compare Reach to that -blam!- disgrace that is COD ever. There is a cap for how many EXP you can get in one day and the rewards are much better than a new gun or a new skin for a gun you don't even use. And the -blam!- you mean "teamwoork is killed". What does that even mean? The amount of points you get after each game depends on how well you played, not whether you win or lose, which, in my opinion makes the game more realistic in terms of levels of success after each game. The campaign was amazing and, if you knew the story of Reach, wouldn't be a chore knowing that you were fighting a lost battle, so you might as well make the most of it. The Reach campaign actually resembles that of the Halo 1 campaign in a way.
Lastly, Reach did live up to its hype. Bungie told you exactly what you were getting, not like Activision/Infinity Ward who told you that you'd be amazed at the same old crap.
tl;dr OP, you are a -blam!- idiot.
