Merry Christmas.

Happy New Year.

What was your favorite environment for each Halo game or just in general and what was your favorite feature of the environment? In my opinion, any environment that has water is a good one. That's why I like the Halo 3 environment probably the most. I do like the majestic Halo: CE and Halo 2 environments as well.

I really liked in halo 3 when u first arrived on Delta Halo in the Pelican. You could see the galaxy above your head. It really made you feel small.

Do not panic, or you will fail.

I think the 2nd mission in CE is my favorite. It's when you are introduced to Halo and a lot of the combat techniques used in the game.

It wasn't Delta Halo, it was the Ark.

The entire second level of Combat Evolved.

The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Halo CE: 343 Guilty Spark or AOTCR
Halo 2: Delta Halo
Halo 3: Sierra 117
Halo 3 ODST: The city at night
Halo Reach: Winter Contingency or New Alexandria

- Hey mars, can you smell that?
- Smell what??
- Uranus.
[Insert troll face here]

I think the 2nd mission of Halo CE was the best environment because u were introduced into a new world.

Halo 2, High Charity level

the view of High Charity's interior with the Dreadnought in the middle is simply astonishing. Maybe one of the most beatiful sceneries ever

Let grunts Sleep!!!

The Ark was magnificant.

only eat one small snack a week to save money on food and just have water toilet and lights to save money thats my plan

Though the Earth is dying we must enrich her body, for the ground we tread is hφly.

You mean the Ark, Delta Halo was in Halo 2.

I like too many of them, I'll just list ones I don't like:
Flood Infestation as seen in Floodgate, and Cortana
The Water-Docks in Buck's Second Mission in ODST
"Steel" Forerunner Structure like in The Library.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Silent Cartographer.

You'd be lying if you said you weren't excited when you found out you could drive completely around the island.

there are too many.

the second level of CE, quarantine zone for the library in the distance, gravemind for the dreadnought, the ark/covenant for seeing different parts of the ark in the distant skybox, and the interior forerunner architecture, ODST's new mombasa at night, and the level NMPD HQ for the distant skyscrapers, New alexandria, and the drydock in aszod.

Being an Elite is its own reward.

Pretty much all of Halo 2.

Delta Halo was stunning, the lakes and the mountains were amazing.
High Charity was incredibly, it made you feel like you were in a giant city, and you were only seeing a fraction of it.
Same with New Mombassa. Everything felt so giant. And it really was, seeing the scarab gun bridge and the orbital elevator above you made you feel small in a giant universe.

This was only made better by the fact that you could get out of most maps. Roaming the delta halo mountains was an amazing experience.

Being an Elite is its own reward.

Halo 3 had its fair share. Seeing the parts of the ark when you were on it and seeing the ark while on the new Halo ring made you feel like you were in a small part of a giant world. Same thing with the multiplayer maps. Sandbox, sandtrap, valhalla, and more all had so much mystery in their atmospheres.

I agree, I don't like the map restrictions in Reach, you just can't do what you used to be able to do.
