This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.
/slow clap for respect

:)
The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Would be cool, but I dont really see it happening.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

I'd love to play as an Elite or Brute killing humans.

Half Man.
Half Horse.
Half Machine.

PS
No, I do not want to join your clan/group.

While playing a grunt could be funny, I don't think it would work very well as an entire game; a single mini-mission perhaps, but no more.

Now, a Halo game following an Elite could be interesting; I've always thought it might be good to start in the early days of the Human/Covie war as a young Elite minor and as the game progresses through the Halo story, he moves up in rank.

I'd kinda like it to end with the character dying, perhaps in the timeframe of Halo 3; one thing I liked about Reach was the aspect of your character being doomed from the beginning.

Not sure we'd ever see a game like this, though, since because for the first half of it or so you would be playing as an alien killing humans indiscriminately, and I think alot of game companies might shy away from that.

Works for RPGs and all, but not so much for FPS games; the anti-game activists throughout the world would have a field day tearing into it and all the "evil messages it's sending to young, impressionable minds."

I'd probably buy it, though.

That was quite a good idea. There was a great amount of thought put into it I must say.
