Subject: Bungie.net Account Issues

My name is Mark Mezzetta and I was a beta tester for Bungie's game Oni and Take Two's game Myth 3: The Wolf Age.

My original bungie.net account appears to be deleted and my e-mail address got blacklisted. What happened to my account is I changed my e-mail on my gamertag through xbox.com. After doing so, I could no longer login into my bungie.net account so I changed my username. Is there anyway I can get my old account name back? It says I did not sign up for a beta tester program yet with this account, since it is acting like a new account. Should I resubmit a survey even though I have already filled it out with my old account? Also in the process I got my e-mail address blacklisted on bungie.net because I was trying to get my old username back and was trying everything out. :( How would I go about to get my e-mail address back on the safe list with Bungie? I've e-mailed bnetbugs@bungie.net as well as messaging Acronos and urk on here, but have not yet heard back. This has been a big mess and would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

Your account must have been automatically deleted. There's no going back now. I would get used to your new account if I were you.

This sounds about right. As for re-submitting the beta survey, it won't hurt anything since your other account was deleted.

:(

What about my e-mail address, is there anyway to get it off the black list?

When you are signed into your old email via hotmail or xbox.com and you come to B.net and click sign in, what happens?

This is weird, when I go to bungie.net and sign in with my real e-mail address (@hotmail.com), it signs me in fine with the correct GT. However, when I go to my profile on bungie.net and try to enter that e-mail address in under edit profile, it won't let me use it because like I said earlier, I accidentally got it blacklisted.

Is this the old account you wanted back?

No, the new account. I login using the my main e-mail address (because that is the e-mail which is linked to my GT), but I cannot put that e-mail address in the edit profile section because it is blacklisted.

So is there no way I can get my e-mail address of the black list?
