As most of us already know, there is a way to embed videos and pictures into your posts. There was a more simple way to do it a while ago, but it was "patched" apparently and you can only link videos now.
Well, as seen here, and in other instances, Achronos can directly embed pictures within his posts. When I quoted him, and of course tried to see if the picture would come out, it was replaced with an [Imaged Removed]
The link to his picture, when put in the site address bar, doesn't link to a webpage or specific photo but (for me, at least) opened Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I found this a bit strange. When quoting Achronos, this is what it looked like. He used [img] tags to link a photo source URL.
I haven't tried yet, but perhaps if we could follow the instructions given on flickr to create a Photo Source URL, and we used [img] tags, we could link photos as well.
I tried it using one of the example links, and it came up (in the post preview of a reply) as [Image Removed]
Apparently they have something we don't.
