Subject: Will I be able to run Halo 2 on:

AMD Turion 64 dual core @1.6 GHz
2GB RAM
128MB Dedicated ATi Xpress 1150 Hardware DX9 suppoerted integrated graphics.

Basically Iv'e had 3 360s red ring on me, and switched to the PS3, but really miss Halo. lol All my specs meet the miniumum other than CPU speed. Though my CPU is dual core. Will it stop me at the gate and say it isn't fast enough and stop me from running it? I know that the original halo stopped you from playing if you diddn't meet the needs back in the day. Any help would be appriciated. :D

Short answer: No
Long answer: CPU is still too slow since H2V is a system hog for no logical reason, 4GB Ram is the standard these days, 2GB won't cut it unless it's an older game (BF2 kind of old). Finally, the GPU is far too weak for H2V. You could probably play Halo PC but H2V there is no chance unless you upgrade.

And to be perfectly honest, H2V isn't worth the time, at least in the MP aspect.

What is your operating system? Is this a laptop or a desktop?

Halo 2 runs very poorly on integreted video cards. 2gb of RAM is no bonus either. It will probably run, but performance will not be good.

Also, I highly recommend investing in Halo PC. That game has class.
