You're asking people to state which non-released game they like better?

It's like asking a virgin whether they like being on top or on bottom.

I think Marathon is a pretty cool guy. Eh kills aliens and doesnt afraid of anything

I just wanted to link my gamer tag in Halo 2 originally. A couple of months later I made an account, but I forgot about it a while after so it deleted. And then this account came to being.

Do you know what kind of hat I'm wearing?

A party hat; you don't get one. An honor will this party be, a party in your honor, for your honor. Some of Tfear's personal guards are going to be there. You'll be introduced shortly.

Prepare to die.

I was looking for some pre release screenshot of halo 2, and this site coincidentally had a lot of them.

I joined up to get the septagon behind my name in halo 3.

This cave is not a natural formation =P

Bungie.net: I think it was back on the days of Halo CE PC. I was reading the manual for some reason and saw something about The Seventh Column.

Bungie: I met Bungie for the first time when I was looking for some good PC games and saw Halo on a shelf. I though it was going to be just like Metroid Prime, so I bought it. It actually exceeded all my expectations.

Uhhhhhhh... I think it would be... the Summer of 2007. We got Halo 3 along with my first and only Xbox 360. Oh i remember that day like it was yesterday.

I first noticed her out of the corner of my eye right as I walked into the room. We exchanged furtive glances at first; briefly catching each other's attention then, quickly, looking away. I tried not to pay her too much attention (appearing desperate is a rookie mistake after all and would have forever ruined the chance) as I walked briskly across the room and feigned interest in something else. She obviously took the bait as I could still see her glancing at me every few seconds. I had her interest it seemed; I knew then she was as good as mine. I waited for the right moment to lock eyes and as I stared into her perfect visage I knew that I had to have her.

The conversation was intimate but concise. Within minutes we had left; she clasped firmly in my hands. I wasted no time unwrapping her; eagerly awaiting the chance to explore her most intimate secrets. I spent hours probing her depths; exploring every crevice in order to understand what really made her tick. Finally, as we reached the climax she screamed out "Bungie!". I was admittedly confused, but after some further exploration I found out that Bungie was merely her creator. Looking for answers as to who could have created my personal Aphrodite I came to this website, and here I remain.

This is the story of how I purchased Halo, beat the campaign, at the conclusion of the credits saw "Bungie", and used Google.

The end.

Totally not what I was expecting..

Hello! I'm Bunie.net's resident medical student (hell i'm sure there are more but I'm the only one who openly declares it!) I love my emblem, and I am periodically active.
I have a Twitter

Halo, which came with my xbox.

I heard I could see in-depth Halo 3 stats on here. I signed up about a month afterwards.

I recall visiting a few times back during Halo 2 after seeing it in the manual, but I didn't have XBL back then, so it wasn't really much use as I didn't know of the forums.

Halo CE. I went to Bungie.com and realized that wasn't right so I did a search on Bungie and it let me to bungie.net. My life was forever changed after that.

Heard about them when CE came out, really started to get active with the forums after 5.20.2009. Needed something to pass the time while I wasn't doing anything on vacation.

I forgot to mention I originally got Halo: CE with my Xbox, I still play it from time to time, even though it's seven years old and scratched a fair bit.

I first started playing Halo with Halo 2. I'm not sure why I started coming to this site.

  • 08.13.2011 6:16 AM PDT

Back in 2001 when I got Halo: CE was the first time I've ever heard of them and saw their logo. It wasn't till Halo 3 (a year after the release of it actually) when I actually joined BNet and started caring more and more about the company.

Bungie Day '11 Community Mosaic Thread

Posted by: Malloy05
everybody listen to mac2po he is 100% right

I was at a party for one of my dad's friends. Someone brought an xbox and Halo. He set up a FFA game on Blood Gulch. The only thing I can remember from that is owning in the scorpion (At least I thought I was owning).

One or two years later when my mom and little brother got back from Vancouver they surprised me with buying Halo. I was 10 at the time, but my family didn't really care about M rated titles, except for GTA and games similar to that.

After that I was a official Bungie Fanboy. When Halo 2 came out I bought the limited edition it a week or so after it's release. And I've been to both Halo: 3's and Reach's Midnight release. I even tried out some of their older games, Marathon, and Myth.

I started lurking the forums in mid 2007 right after the Halo: 3 Beta ended, and created my first account in October of that year. I moved to this when I made my own Gamertag and gave the other to my little brothers.

Half Man.
Half Horse.
Half Machine.
All "Jerk Who's Really Bad at Math."

PS
No, I do not want to join your clan/group.

I'd never played the first Halo because I never owned the original Xbox. I bought a 360 in late 07 and the night I hooked it up to XBL, I saw it for download on the marketplace and decided to finally see why everyone raved about the franchise so much.

I was up the rest of the night glued to the screen.

Few weeks later, I bought Halo 3 and began bumbling my way through it on Easy. A friend of mine on IRC was a huge Halo fan and he offered to grab another friend and run me through Legendary. After we were all done, I thanked them and said I was morbidly curious as to just how poorly I had done by comparison to them, and they said Bungie.net would show my stats.

...and I'm still here, and I still pretty much suck.

I came to bungie.net when I found out I could link my halo 3 account with the site and stuff.

6/21/2011?

I did not have an Xbox 360, but my friend did. We would play Halo 3 every weekend during the summer. I wanted to check out his stats, so I went to B.net. I soon discovered B.net, was for more than just looking at Halo 3 stats.
