Most people will say what you wear and the colors you use dont matter in halo 3 but after playing enough i think they can make a difference. Wearing bright colors and wearing highly visible helemts like e.v.a. and security are supposedly easier to snipe. Also when you have like a steel primary and white shoulders, ur shoulders become focal points and are easier to see because of the obvious contrast.

My question is I'm wondering if anyone has thought of this kind of thing before?

I can safely say that I have never noticed anybody because of their armor.

Armour yes - some helmets I find easier to dome than others (e.g. Security is easier to headshot than rogue) but armour colours only really matter in FFA and even then not so much

Have faith in me

The armor is just to show you, how you like to personalize yourself. It has nothing to do with sniping, winning or losing. Many of my friends say that the Hayabusa helmet shows strength, and you should never mess with one. But I do not believe that because, I've beaten MANY people with Hayabusa helmet. Also, people with CQB and Mark IV, are said to be noobs. They just wear it because they need more armor. Lastly, many people say when people have Recon they're so strong and have high skills. But, not always.
