Most maps I extract with Winzip are compiled and ready to play. Some come with an attatchment called an HSC script file. What do I do with these?

More information please?

Just in general. Do I put them in a specific folder like I would with UI's and custom maps? Do I have to do anything to them beforehand? The current map I'm looking at is Overkill. It's basically going around as a Hayabusa spartan from Halo 3, climbing walls, and assassinating elites with the katana you carry on your back. I loaded the basic map but no enemies spawned. I assume this has to do with the script file.

Probably. This isn't a modding forum so most members here will have little to no experience with that kind of stuff.

Ask Lazer55.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

I saw these a few times and dropped them into the maps folder with everything else. Didn't seem to be a problem. I don't know for sure, though.

Maps run naturally without the script but certain things are amiss. The overkill map would have ai bots if done correctly and there seem to be no tutorials covering this matter. I tried putting the script into the maps folder but that solves nothing. The map runs, I can climb walls while wielding a katana in the Halo 3 Hayabusa getup but there is still a lack of any life force on the map aside from my own.
