Hey why can't there be Elites on the shield world Master Chief is heading to? We will never know until it actually comes out.

It isn't a Shield World and the Elites have never ventured outside of the galaxy, which is probably where this sphere is.

Like I said many posts ago, you may never know and since we haven't heard of any news about the surviving III's and II's possibly also Halsey and many others; they are considered UNSC faction thus meaning if we encounter it we kind of hit the scale to be having the UNSC in Halo 4.

We have heard news about Halsey and the Spartans in Onyx, the are appearing in Halo: Glasslands. Why does everyone have such a raging hard-on for these characters? They were interesting in the books I'll admit, but they have no place in the new trilogy.

All I ever hear on this board and Waypoint is how they hope 343 adds Blue Team and Halsey to the game. They add nothing to the new trilogy.

There will be no elite appearances because Master Chief has been floating through space and it will be a whole different world.

Many reasons they do. Plus seeing them in action instead of hearing them from books? That'd be cool plus Halsey created the concept of Super Soldiers in the Halo Universe, she deserves an appearance more than once.

Your little statement is a flaw. I have so many things to say about why it's flaw but I don't have the energy to type it for you. Figure it out.

Halsey did not create the ORION Project, aka the Spartan-Is, Johnson is an example. She refined the methods to make the Spartan-IIs, but Grey has a point. Know your material.

And you say my statement is so flawed, you have numerous reasons against it, but don't have the energy to type it out. If you have them, say it. Typing doesn't require that much effort physically.

S-I is honestly nothing. She started the II program which was a huge success. Everything was her creation in that program. She couldn't start off by what ORION project did she needed it where it would succeed and it makes sense to start on Children because as a stage of puberty, the maturity takes those augmentations in as if it was maturity , it would grow with it. As if you were adding it at a older age, adult age it would be too much and cause somewhat malfunction. Plus at a young age the child can adapt to what it's being taught and not have a hard time comprehending it.

We don't know if they are going to be in it or not. This is a shield world created by Forerunners. It can be holding anything and it can possibly take John to the surviving Spartans. I have no idea but you know as well as I do. it's a 50/50 for them to appear or not.

I'm not going to reply to your next post because I'm going to take a nap I had a long day at work and I lifted weights for quite a while.

S-I is honestly nothing. She started the II program which was a huge success. My most knowledge in Halo is the Spartans.

So you knew Gray was right, but proceeded to ignorantly say what he said was stupid? And you can't call ORION nothing since it set the foundation for Halsey to make the Spartan-IIs. She didn't just wake up one day and every bit of information to make the S-IIs was in her head.

Oh and Frankie said the planet Chief is heading to isn't a Shield World. But you take that nap, maybe a valid counterargument will enter your dreams.

I don't recall Frankie ever saying it wasn't a Shield World. He said it wasn't Onyx or linked to that Shield World in any sort of way, other than it too is likely something completely artificial.

To say that the different races of the Covenant will not be present within the Halo Universe during the course of the next trilogy makes those who say such things ignorant of the conditions of the Human-Covenant War's end.

If we are to follow the "Believe" campaign as canon, then yes, we can, indeed, assume that the Master Chief is still missing as of 2610, greatly reducing the chance of Human civilization, let alone the UNSC, existing through the next trilogy. However, this depends on the time lapse between Halo 3 and Halo 4. We do not yet know how long the chief remains in cryo-sleep, so we cannot assume any placement in the timeline before Halo: Legends' setting of 2556.

With that said, we do not know the status of the Sangheili mission to uncover Forerunner artifacts throughout the galaxy in their effort to uncover their meaning. At least 4 years have passed since the events of Halo 3, if not longer, so the Sangheili may have advanced quite far in their search, and could very well stumble upon this Forerunner-esque world that the Master Chief will find himself exploring through the events of Halo 4.

Above any other race formerly of the Covenant, none are more staple to the series than the Sangheili. I do not believe that we have seen the last of them, as their stories do continue through their religious fascination of Forerunner artifacts. The Unggoy were known to follow them, as seen through the Heretic Faction who broke from the Covenant, so I wouldn't count the little guys out, either.

Cosmetic and personality changes would be a welcome change and a very interesting take on the Sangheili after breaking off from the Covenant, particularly if the Arbiter and Ship Master return as allies - and let's be honest, the Chief will need allies and, yes, even weapons if he is to have any hope taking on a planet.

There are many doors open, and Bungie certainly laid the foundation for 343i to continue the series in exciting new directions. I'm certainly looking forward to it with an open mind, because anything can happen.

Et Eärello Endorenna utúlien.
Sinome maruvan ar Hildinyar.
tenn' Ambar-metta!

Frankie said no purple yes, BUT!!! Remember that the color purple was the color of the Covenant, and the covenant was disbanded so technically the Elites are not part of the Covenant anymore.

So there is room to possibly have Elites in Halo 4, still, Halo without Covenant...it's not Halo, there for, I'm not buying this game, probably rent it or buy it used but not buying it.

*applauds* Very well said. I don't think I could agree more.
I'm not so sure that we'll see any Covenant or UNSC, besides Chief and Cortana, in Halo 4 due it having to set up the whole trilogy, but to just concretely claim that they won't be appearing at any time in the whole thing is quite foolhardy.

This is a example is what Halo fans can't adapt to the changes in Halo.

Such as Reach. Many people complained about it because it was changed too much.

There is high possiblity that Elites, etc won't be appearing at Halo 4.

Like I said, we will probably fight against exiled Forerunners, Precursors, Flood and maybe new alien species. Allies would be Forerunners itself. Remember, Mendicant Bias sent MC to Forerunners for his atonement.

So you are the ignorant one not me.
