Subject: Can't sign out! Please help!

I accidentally signed in on a past account about a month ago and I want to get to my new one. Every time I click "Sign out" though, it does nothing but refresh the page and I get nowhere! Someone please help...

Go to Xbox.com. Sign in. Then sign out over there. Close your browser. Then open it and come back to Bnet. You shouldn't be logged in anymore. If you are, then at that point hitting sign out should work.

I know this sounds stupid but right click the sign out button and open it in a new tab. This happened to me once and, believe it or not, this worked.

How do I disable auto sign in?

  • 08.16.2011 1:20 PM PDT

Neither plans worked. :'(

A solution would be to clear your browser's cache & cookies, this WILL sign out all accounts.

Firefox -> tools -> Options -> Security tab -> saved passwords - Select bungie.net and remove

IE -> Tools -> Internet options -> Content - Autocomplete section -> Settings -> uncheck passwords and usernames
Restart IE when done.

if this doesn't work, you may have to clear a lot more or you may have an addin like norton to save passwords, you may have to clear it that way.

You mean Internet Explorer, correct? Cuz Windows Explorer will get you nowhere unless you're attempting to look at "My Computer"
