They can't sue bungie, but they sure as heck will loose their customers. It seems Microsoft made demands and bungie did what they said. I officially now declare that it is likly that Bungie is now a branch of microsoft, not a company tempararoly joined with it. It's what happens when microsoft makes demands, companies do it. It's a pitty that Bungie will loose it's PC fans over this, unless they make it have certain features only accessable through vista, rather than ruining the game for many because you'd have to buy vista. There is no excuse why we can't make it backwords compatable to xp, considering the rumor is for the 64 bit part, but as a C++ programmer i know that win32 systems can handle 64 bit ints, but not in one cycle of the processor like 32 and below. XP can handle it, it's a matter of will they allow xp to handle it, and it'd be wise for Bungie to do at least that much.
