Bungie Aerospace: Pro for Indie Developers for an extra hand. But I want to know if Bungie will release a Dev Kit like UDK (Unreal Dev Kit) or Valve Hammer Editor. We seen the ViDocs with those cool tools and Bungie could totally make a really cool and workable Dev Kit!

I believe most of the Halo games use the Havok SDK and physics engine, so there goes about half the work it would take...

Whoo.

Well I don't think Bungie are even selling their engine, little own would take the time/money/effort to make a free developers enviroment for their engine and release it to the public.

Same thing goes for a XNA type system, I'm thinking Bungie are trying to be like steamworks, publish games but not actually give a system for the devs to make them with.
