Now... If the military were to make armor that was near identical to Mjolnir armor in appearance and use, would there be copyright issues?

there is a prototype for some armor that is designed to drop a person anywhere in the world within 15 mins and it looks EXACTLY like the commando armor.

We made a thread on it months ago. So i guess there wouldn't be.

Microsoft probably would go so far as to try and sue for patent rights over guns. Wouldn't doubt it..

People fail to understand that microsoft does Far FAR more than just make videogames. The electronic development in the US is completly due to microsoft since that is all we have that makes EVERYTHING; japan would have sony which acts the same for them.
