If there were more that 7 halo spread thu out the galaxy... doesnt that mean that some parts of galaxy didnt get the halo effect and some of flood and prehistoric species survived?

Only remaining flood is on shield worlds or rings that presumably survived from halo. Those halo rings have range of fire: 25,000 light years. So each Halo ring is set in each section that is properly away 25,000 years from center. I'm pretty sure that entire galaxy was wiped out in 100,000 years ago. Only survived is Librarian's collected species and Flood forms in shield world or sealed section in halo ring for further study.

interesting! But maybee some flood forms survived at end of few or maybee one galactic arm...

What? Did you read my part about surviving forms? Librarian's collected species in the Ark? Flood forms in shield world and some halo rings? That's how we see it: Covenant accidentally opened the section where it had dormant flood forms which it was woken up and wiped out everything in Installation 04. If you have played CE, you would know about it...

i did read, i just ment that maybee some flood forms survived outside halo range, at planets not forerunner constructs

It's unlikely since Halo range covers pretty large area in section. With 7 Halo rings, it covered entire galaxy. It may be likely that Flood escaped from the galaxy by traveling outside of galaxy.

agree.Im just thinking... maybee some planets had some sort of strange atmosphere witch would block the effect of halo rings

No. it won't help much. Know why? Halo rings fires neural physics which it is designed to destroy nervous systems in complex species, etc. In other words, it'll phase EVERYTHING, despite weird atmosphere, magnetic fields, shields, etc. Only shield worlds and rings itself can protect from halo's fire effect.
