Ignore my gamertag. It's actually Dragonzzilla.

Every species in Halo has different strength levels, right? About how strong is every species in Halo including any special ones like Spartans? What can a Jackal, Grunt, Elite, etc. pick up and throw? Like that stuff.

I dunno

But the way i see it:

Hunters>>>Brutes>>>Elites/Spartans>>& gt;Drones>>>>Grunts>>>Humans/Kig Yar>>>Prophets(the old grandpa versions)

Forerunners are probably above Spartan-Elite-Brute level

Well, if you look at it from a one species standpoint, Lekgolo would not be at the top. One worm does not possess more strength than a Kig Yar I would suppose. Everything else I can agree with, maybe bump the humans up to Grunt strength and have a 3 way tie between Drones Grunts & Humans.

Youngie by day Youngie by nature.....

In one of the Halo books, a spartan II if i remember correctly goes 1 to 1 with an elite, said they were so evenly matched they came to a stand still.

Mgalekgolo > Foreruner > Brute > Elite/Spartan > Skirmisher > Base Human > Grunts > Jackals > Prophets > Drones > Lekgolo

That would be my guess. A Lekgolo is just a 1m long worm, and so won't be able to lift anything. Drones are big bugs and are designed for flight, not walking so I would not guess for them to be that strong. Jackals come from a lower gravity world than Humans so I would not expect their muscles to be as efficient. Skirmishers can leap almost 18 feet, so they must be bread from higher gravity environments possibly making them stronger than Humans. The others are pretty much obvious I think.

I'm not sure about Grunts really. They are heavier than Humans, but their Homeworld only has 0.7G.

Going a little off-subject here, I always thought it was pretty absurd how freakishly tall they made the Elites compared to a full-grown human man.
It's stated that the UNSC can hold their own in ground engagements, but with the Elites being that huge, I find that hard to believe.

I'd have drones higher on that list if I were you, as they are capable of lifting a human with relative ease (as shown in Halo 3)

There very slender, there more like human power.

You forgot about combat skins... they are more powerful than MJOLNIR armor. For instance, class 12 is more like 6 to 9 MJOLINOR armors fused.

So what, the Flood degenerated itself to be more suitable to Chief's liking?

Outside of their armor, they go through several biological augmentations. And they are exceptionally large by human standards. Born's mother was something like 4 meters tall.

Born, though, an un-mutated Forerunner, is essentially a twelve year old human male, in both natural strength and (I would assume based on physical description) appearance.

Precursors>>>>Forerunners>Hunters>Brutes> ;Elites/Spartans>Grunts/humans/Jackals>Drones>Prophe ts.

Ancient Prophets and humanity were likely equal to the Forerunners, and the Flood isn't quantifiable as it can take the form of anything.

No, the Flood was blown back into a less well-equipped state.

Thats what some of us mean when we say we've never seen the Flood at there worst; I refer to the Forerunner Flood as true Flood.

Luck. Also Guilty said that his armor is like combat skin class 2 which it was futile against Flood. So really, it's lucky for John to survive.

Also, Forerunners can tweak their genetic material or assert biological and biochemical augmentations.

Oh wait, let me contribute to this thread.

They are between 7' and 8'6", so between the height of a standard doorway and about 6 inches taller than your ceiling. I don't think that it is that much. Height isn't always an advantage anyway. They will be more hard pressed to find good cover and will present a massive target.

Besides, bullets don't discriminate. A bullet in the head is a bullet in the head no matter how tall you are, and the war was not exactly CQC all the way through.

Because they are designed for flight. (They also use anti-gravity boosters to aid them...) Confine them to the ground and they will be practically useless.

Actually, Drones cannot fly without the assistance of Anti-gravity generators on their wings.

Here's my take on it, in descending strength order.

Mutated Forerunner in Armor
Mgalekgolo in Armor
Jiralhanae
Sangheili = Spartan in Armor
Kig-Yar = Yamne'e (look at how high Kig Yar can jump)
Human
Unggoy
